Jimmy Molloy

Jimmy Molloy was born in Toronto and received a B.A. in history and economics at the University of Toronto. Jimmy’s first career was as the owner of the city’s top French restaurant, Auberge Gavroche. It was while catering to the dining needs of the city’s elite that Jimmy learned the importance of service – a skill he has transferred to the real estate world. Jimmy’s desire to please has matured into a unique ability to tailor the buying and selling process for each individual client. Jimmy’s firsthand experience as a business owner also helped him develop expert negotiation skills, and a genuine desire to strive for the best possible outcome for every client. Jimmy’s client list also includes international celebrities from the worlds of music, film, television and finance – people who value Jimmy's discretion and respect of confidentiality.

Lindsay Van Wert

Lindsay Van Wert is a highly skilled broker whose passion and knowledge of Toronto real estate translates into exceptional results for her clients. Raised in the city, Lindsay pursued a career in marketing after graduating from the Michael G. DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University. She translated these marketing and business skills to her real estate career which began more than 10 years ago. She is consistently ranked among the top brokers in Toronto. She is known for her high caliber marketing skills and design aesthetic. Lindsay wholeheartedly believes in communication, transparency, and laser-focus when working with buyers and sellers. Lindsay is also a property investor and manages multi-family properties in Leslieville and Deer Park.

Mary Tobiasz, Sales Associate

Mary Lynn Tobiasz spent over eight years working in sales and digital marketing before entering the real estate industry. With an aptitude for problem solving and creative thinking, she brings fresh ideas to marketing strategies and cultivating long term relationships. Mary completed her Master’s degree in anthropology at McMaster University and has a Bachelor of Arts in archaeology from the University of Calgary. Mary has served on the Tiny Township Heritage Advisory Committee and has a particular fondness for historic features in houses.

Julie Creen, Head of Operations

Julie Creen is an experienced Operations leader with over 15 years of expertise, who excels in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving strategic business planning. She holds a degree from McMaster University and has gained valuable work and living experiences abroad. Julie's professional background lies in philanthropic business endeavors, where she dedicated over a decade to working closely with clients, ensuring the realization of their dream travel experiences. Her unwavering passion for problem-solving fuels her commitment to providing our clients with a seamless and unforgettable journey, fostering their loyalty and repeated patronage.

Seloma Yao, Media Coordinator

Seloma Yao graduated from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario where she completed a double degree in statistics and gender studies. Originally from China and now enjoying living in downtown Toronto, Seloma is constantly innovating and providing her creative direction for showcasing homes. She is meticulous on her deliverables and always ensures that a client's home is given the greatest possible exposure when on the market.

Chestnut Park

Founded in Toronto in 1990, Chestnut Park Real Estate has grown to a team of over 500 agents providing the finest real estate service in prime urban and recreational markets across Ontario. Chestnut Park Real Estate opened its first office in Toronto in 1990, with only five real estate agents on the roster. In 1994, the firm established a presence in Muskoka with our Port Carling office.
